Built by tactical medical practitioners for personnel operating in high-threat, resource-limited environments. Training emphasizes care under stress, decision-making under fire, and hands-on skill proficiency - not classroom theory.

What We Cover:

Care Under Fire / Direct Threat Care principles and Hemorrhage control - Tourniquet application, Wound packing, and junctional bleeding management. Chest trauma - chest seal application and monitoring. Airway management - positioning techniques for unconscious casualties. Casualty movement - drag and carry extraction under threat. Stress inoculation MARCH patient assessment framework. Trauma anatomy - circulatory system, pulmonary system, major arterial pathways, MIST report - standardized casualty handoff communication. Critical incident stress - prevention, recognition, peer support, and treatment.

How We Train:

The majority of hands-on training is conducted under simulated operational stress - time pressure, degraded conditions, and competing priorities. Personnel complete 8 individually evaluated scenario-based drills including self-aid under fire, casualty evacuation under load, rapid triage, and a no-win decision-making scenario.

Training Outcomes:

Personnel leave with demonstrated proficiency in tourniquet application, wound packing, chest seal placement, casualty movement, and casualty handoff communication - all performed under conditions that approximate the stress of a real incident.
